Egg Lifter & Loader

This sort of egg lifter or egg loader is used for efficient movement of eggs from farm trays to incubator trays or egg conveyors. Semi-automatic transfer of eggs from farm egg trays (pulp or plastic) to setter trays is more efficient than manually moving eggs. The egg loaderis also used for table eggs, from egg trays to egg graders, or between different kinds of egg slabs. The egg lifter is made of polycarbonate, a clear plastic with full visibility, easy to clean and troubleshoot, and durable. One vacuum pump can be used with 1 or 2 vacuum heads. Compressed air can also be used if a vacuum pump is not available. The egg lifter can also be easily lifted when there are vacancies for eggs in individual positions. Available in different models, egg lifter heads for from 5 eggs to 54 eggs, for setter trays with matrix and honeycomb structures. Suitable for different species such as eggs and duck/turkey eggsfarm packers for users who own poultry house. This egg packer composes accumulator, candling booth, automatic head turning and automatic packing lane.

1.Higher Efficiency

Zhucheng Egg Automation Technology Co.,Ltd, model AG-M3 and AG-M4 egg grader can load 30 eggs at a time by using a vacuum egg lifter, the AG-E1 and AG-E2 egg grader can connect with the rod conveyor from chicken shed directly, the eggs will flow to the egg grader smoothly.

2.Candling Device

All egg graders use 6 rows of LED light to perform candling inspection for detecting any leaks, dirt, and cracks. Candling cabinet and mirrors are also equipped for a better inspection result.

3.PLC Control System
