Egg Automation Technology Co.,Ltd, AG-A1EG1 egg processing line includes the vacuum egg lifter, egg accumulator table, egg washer and egg grader. This model has a maximum capacity of 10,000 eggs/hour, and is used to carry out egg loading & accumulator & candling booth, automatic sanitizer spraying, washing, drying, grading and manual packing. Users can also choose to have it equipped with 401H egg printer as well.

This processing equipment line is fully PLC system controlled, and is equipped with an individual control panel that is used to set the grading levels, calibrate the accuracy, accumulate quantities, and alarm and diagnose any malfunctions that may occur.

Vacuum egg lifter & Accumulator (includes Candling)

Eggs are vacuum lifted and loaded onto accumulator using the vacuum egg lifter. 6 rows LED lights are added under the accumulator and workers can pick out any leaking, dirty or cracking eggs through the LED lights. The LED candling booth equips with cover and mirror as well to reinforce the candling result. egg accumulator will direct 6 lines of eggs into 1 line and transport them to the single conveyor egg washer nicely with no cracking.


Sanitizer

Sanitizer equipment at the washer front will spray a disinfectant or detergent onto the eggs.


Washing

Eggs are fully cleaned using brushes and a warm water spray. The brush modules are flexible, with adjustments capable of being made to the brush distance, position, and speed.


Drying

Eggs are perfectly dried by drying brush and strong air generated by drying fans.

Printing (option)

 The single-head printing machine can be attached to the end of the egg washer, allowing users to print the farm name, logo, date, best before date, and any other necessary information onto the egg.


Grading

    The PLC system controlled electronic weighing system grades eggs based on weight with a maximum of 6 grades.


Manual collecting

    Processed eggs are manually placed onto the trays.
