The AG-E2 egg grader is made of high-quality stainless steel for great durability. This egg grading machine is featured with digital touchscreen and PLC control system. It sorts eggs into 6 grades. Eggs are weighed by electronic scale with accuracy within ±1g and capacity of 10000 eggs/hour.
You could also attach a EGG MACHINERY egg washer to form an egg processing line with same capacity of 10000 eggs/hour to perform egg cleaning as well.

Vacuum egg lifter & accumulator (includes candling)
Eggs are vacuum lifted and loaded onto the egg accumulator by using the 602 vacuum egg lifter. This accumulator features candling to check leaking, dirty or cracked eggs. Then direct 6 rows of eggs into 1 row and transport them to the grading system.
It’s also equipped with a stainless-steel candling cover and a mirror for better candling inspection
Egg printing (optional)
egg printer (single print head) is an optional attachment to print company name and logo, date and etc. on eggs.
Grading (electronic sensor weighing) & counting
Eggs are weighed electronically and graded into 6 grades.
It has a counting function as well, you can check how many eggs of each grade and total output per shift have been processed.
Manual collection table
Graded eggs will be dropped onto the sponge rollers, the rollers will transport the eggs to the corresponding collection table, you can collect the eggs from the table and pack them into egg cartons/trays manually.
