Zhucheng Egg Automation Technology Co.,Ltd, AG-M1MG1 egg processing line is comprised of egg washer, egg conveyor and egg grader. This model has a maximum capacity of 3000 eggs/hour, and will carry out candling, sanitizer spraying, brush washing and drying, UV sterilizing, candling, grading, and optional printing, all at a high production efficiency.

The machine body is made of stainless steel, which allows for a better durability and corrosion resistance. The full processing line can be installed either in a straight line, or at a right angle.

Manual loading (candling)

Workers place eggs on the loading ramp, while the eye detects broken eggs through the LED light detector of the loading ramp, avoiding broken eggs entering the washing machine.


Sanitizer

Sanitizer equipment at the washer front will spray a disinfectant or detergent onto the eggs.


Washing

Eggs are fully cleaned using brushes and a warm water spray. The brush modules are flexible, with adjustments capable of being made to the brush distance, position, and speed.


Drying

Eggs are perfectly dried using a dry brush and a strong air pressure.


Printing (option)

ZENYER 401H single-head printing machine can be attached to the end of the egg washer, allowing users to print their farm name, logo, date, best before date and other information.


UV sterilizing

UV sterilization equipment eliminates any bacteria on the egg surface.


Candling

Eggs will run through LED lights for a candling purpose on the belt conveyor, allowing employees to easily remove any unqualified eggs that leak or are cracked.


Grading

Eggs are mechanically weighed using a leverage principle to ensure a precision sorting, with a maximum of 7 grades and a precision within ±1g.
