The EGG MACHINERY AG-M2 egg grader is made of stainless steel. This egg grading machine can also be attached to a egg washer to build up an egg processing line. This machine grades eggs into 7 grades with accuracy within ±1g and has the capacity of 4400 eggs/hour. It is an ideal egg processing equipment. Eggs are firstly placed onto the feeding unit, and mechanical weighing scale will weigh the eggs into different grades and drop them into the corresponding table

Egg loading
- Place eggs on the feeding unit manually.
- Or connect EGG MACHINERY accumulator and use vacuum egg lifter to load 30 eggs on the accumulator each time. Through the accumulator, the eggs are divided into 2 rows and transferred into the feeding unit of egg grader.
Candling
Eggs are transported to the candling unit through the roller of feeding unit. You can check leaking, dirty, cracked eggs through LED light by eyes, and manually take them out. AG-M2 egg grader is also equipped with a stainless-steel candling cover and a mirror for better egg inspection.

Manual collection table
Graded eggs will roll onto the corresponding collection table, you can collect the eggs from the table and pack them into egg cartons/trays manually.
