Manual loading( vacuum lift +accumulator), candling, sanitizer spraying, brushing, drying, (printing),manual collection conveyor (or attach with egg grader).

Loading

Through EGG MACHINERY vacuum egg lifter, each time sucking 30 eggs to the 605G egg accumulator table, then the accumulator would direct 6 lines of eggs into 1 line and transfer the eggs onto single conveyor egg tasty nice with no cracking.this would allow 90 eggs(3 trays) loading a time with cost of 30 seconds and keeps the machine running for one minute. The loading worker would have another 30 seconds for some extra work.


Candling

Eggs will run through LED lights for candling before dropping into the egg washer or in the end of processing line, workers can easily pick out any unqualified eggs such as leaking or cracking ones.


Sanitizer

Sanitizer equipment sprays disinfectant or detergent to eggs.


Washing

Single-head egg printing machine could be attached at the end of the egg washer, you can print your farm name, logo, date, etc. on eggs.


Drying

Eggs are perfectly dried by drying brush and strong air generated by drying fans.

manual collection conveyor (option)

Washed eggs will roll onto the conveyor (motor drive) and will be placed into trays manually, or could be attached with egg grader or 102B egg grader to build an assembly line.
