Egg Automation Technology Co.,Ltd, AG-P1 egg farm packer with capacity of 10,000 eggs/hour is designed to connect the rod conveyor from chicken shed and pack eggs into 5*6 egg tray automatically, exclude grading funciton.
It includes accumulator, candling, automatic head turning, ramp tray loading, automatic packing and counting all in one machine.
Only two people are needed to fully operate it, one for candling, the other one for loading empty trays and collecting the loaded trays as well.

Accumulator (including candling)
Connect the accumulator with the rod conveyor from chicken shed, eggs from the rod conveyor will flow to the accumulator directly. This accumulator also features candling to check for leaking, dirty or cracking eggs.
Automatic head turning
Head turning makes sure the eggs are perfectly orientated with the bigger head (air chamber) on top for longer storage before getting packed.
Ramp tray loading
Empty trays must be manually placed on the ramp, and then the trays will automatically slide down to where the eggs will drop from.
Auto packing & counting
The egg dropset auto packing system drops the eggs into 5*6 egg tray automatically, the conveyor will transfer the loaded egg tray to the end of it, you can collect the egg trays from there and pack them into the box. It has a counting function as well, you can check how many eggs have been packed.
