Egg Automation Technology Co.,Ltd, AG-P3 egg farm packer with capacity of 55,000 eggs/hour is designed to connect the rod conveyor from the chicken shed and pack eggs into 5*6 egg tray automatically, excluding grading function.
The farm packer includes accumulator, automatic head turning & UV sterilizing, orientator, tray stocker, automatic packing (for 5*6 tray only), egg tray collection conveyor, off-pack table, optional egg printer and dust brushing.

Accumulator
The two accumulator connects with the rod conveyor from the chicken shed, eggs from the rod conveyor will flow to the accumulators directly.
Dust brushing (optional
The dust on the eggs will be swiped off when eggs go through underneath the brushes.
Automatic head turning & UV sterilizing
Then the eggs will go to the head turning and UV sterilizing section, the head turning makes sure the eggs are orientated with the bigger head (air chamber) on top for longer storage before getting packed.
It takes advantage of the UV disinfection system to sanitize egg shells for maximum food security.
Orientator
The eggs on the rollers will be sent to orientators, the 2 orientators will catch the coming eggs from the corresponding 2 accumulators, and send them to the next process.
Tray stocker
2 tray stockers are equipped on this type of machine, empty trays need to be manually placed in the stocker, allowing the conveyor of the stocker to transport the empty trays to where the eggs will drop from.
Auto packing
The egg dropset auto packing system drops the eggs into a 5*6 egg tray automatically.
Egg tray collection conveyor
After automatic packing, the collection conveyor will transport the egg trays to the end of it. Workers collect the egg trays from there and pack them into the box.
A control panel with colour touch screen and physical buttons, which is located at the front of each collection conveyor. Workers can operate the machine more easily.
Off-pack table for test
The off-pack table at end of the machine is for egg dropping when testing machine.
egg printer (optional)
You can have an egg printer (6-print head) added on the collection conveyor if you want.
