The Zhucheng Egg Automation Technology Co.,Ltd, AG-R5 egg printer is controlled by color touch screen and can print on 5 lines of eggs at the same time by using a five-head printer. This model is equipment with flexible casters and can be used offline or attached with egg grader and egg washer. Workers are only required to place whole tray eggs on belt conveyor, and eggs will be printed by five heads automatically whenever running through the photoelectric sensor under inkjet printer.

This machine is using disposable ink cartridge and could print words, numbers, date/time, brands/logos etc. with perfect quality. The print height is adjustable based on tray height and displays on the touchscreen. An extra electronic senor is also attached on the belt end, the machine will stop and alarm if processed trays are not collected on time or any malfunction happens.
