This machine has a maximum capacity of 20,000 eggs/hour and is easy to use when its plugged in. it features a compact structure and takes up very little storage space.

This is a full chicken egg separaotr, and the separated egg liquid includes the yolk and egg whites, making it ideal for use in factories that need to use full egg liquids. The egg breaker can be used offline, or paired with egg washers for assembly. We recommend using this equipment with egg washers in order to meet food safety standards and ensure the final quality.

This yolk separator is compromised with a unique egg yolk separating machenism. Once the eggs are poured into the separator, the centrifugal mechanism will separate the shells and liquids during high speed spinning.

After separation is finished, the egg liquids will flow out through the round tube, and eggshells will be pushed from the square exit.
